Where's the square?

I started shooting with a little point and shoot this year. For you geeks, its the Panasonic Lumix LX3. And what a great little camera it is. But I've been shooting the square format I love so much for so long that I forgot what to do with a rectangle. This gallery shows not only the attempt to reacquaint myself with the non-square, sans film, I've also had a chance to exercise some Photoshop muscles I dont get to use for the 'serious' stuff.
