Nearly every strobe on the market today costs more money than anyone would care to spend. Even more unfortunate is that each manufacturer spends a great deal of effort designing a superior strobe only to output the light through a inferior piece of plastic at the end, ultimately degrading that light source.
The patented MB series of dome diffusers has now addressed this issue with quality light diffusers made from studio quality material molded to a dome to diffuse light, enhance color, and reduce hot spots. Once you use MB diffusers you will never go back to your flat plastic ones.

An additional advantage of using MB diffusers is that you will never loose them underwater no matter how strong the current is, nor will you have to tie them off with loose string or fishing line. And because of the shape of the dome, water resistance is considerably less than traditional flat diffusers.
Each diffuser has four small holes in the side to avoid unequal pressure gradient. This prevents the diffuser from popping off no matter where you are in the water column.
It's also the perfect solution for running multiple strobes.
MB diffusers support most Sea and Sea, Ikelite, and Inon strobes. An approximate loss of -1 stop can be expected on most strobes. The light spread is approximately 95 degrees.
